This season, the Icebeat team is thrilled to be hosting the ISU Calendar International competition, in addition to the Interclub competition, Icebeat Winter Trophy 2024, at the Kaunas Ice Palace on February 1-4, 2024.

It is both an honor and a significant responsibility, and we are eager to make it a memorable event. As such, we are reaching out to you, dear volunteers, to lend a helping hand in making this event truly exceptional.

Areas of activity

ISU International competition registration

MAIN DUTIES

  • Register participants, check missing documents and info
  • Issue a souvenir to each participant
  • Distribute awards to participants who did not participate in them
  • Provide information on various questions

EXPECTED QUALITIES AND SKILLS

  • Knowledge of English and Russian (an advantage)
  • Accountability
  • Thoroughness
  • Strong communication skills
  • Willingness to cooperate
Interclub competition registration

MAIN DUTIES

  • Register participants, check missing info

Distribution of information in the rink and management of social media accounts

  • Distribute results and other information in the ice palace
  • Maintain information stands
  • Ensure the smooth running of the awards ceremony
  • Take photos, videos, create stories and reels, and upload to facebook and instagram

  • Experience and interest in social media (facebook, instagram)
Ensuring the smooth running of competition near the ice

MAIN DUTIES

  • Ensure order during warm-ups and performances
  • Assist during the award ceremonies

  • Cold resistance 🙂

  • Willingness to cooperate
Human flow control and maintenance of the warm-up area

MAIN DUTIES

  • Supervise the flow of people during mass skating sessions
  • Maintain order in the warm-up area

Meeting officials at the airport

MAIN DUTIES

  • Meeting official persons at the airport
  • Ensure smooth transportation of officials

The minimum age requirement for the volunteers is 16 years old.
